His professional background includes extensive experience in complex billing operations, insurance reimbursement, claims resolution, and the administrative demands of modern healthcare.
Throughout his career, Javier has worked across the full revenue cycle, including medical billing, accounts receivable, insurance verification, prior authorizations, claims processing, denial management, appeals, payment reconciliation, and out-of-network reimbursement. His experience includes Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance carriers, and the application of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards.
He has also led billing teams, supported operational workflows, and worked extensively with healthcare technology platforms, including Epic, eClinicalWorks, athenahealth, NextGen, and MedGen.
